I truly owe so much to this clinic! I came in for neck pain that has been plaguing me for nearly two years. Previously, I had a daily baseline pain that was quite uncomfortable, with weekly pain flare ups that hindered my activity. In less than 3 months, Dawn has completely changed my life by managing my pain to the point of extinction! I no longer have daily neck pain and have not had a flare up in over a month. The acupuncture and cupping services have fully restored my body. I no longer think about my pain, which is a gigantic improvement from when I first sought care here.

After a Total Knee Replacement in September 2022, my iliotibial band (ligament) was irritated and inflamed, giving me pain when driving, in bed, and throughout the day. When I returned to complain to the surgeon in March 2024, he said the irritation was being caused by my knee being a bit loose and rubbing against the ligament. In April, he did a revision surgery to my knee. This didn’t solve my problem. My iliotibial band was still quite painful. We tried a steroid shot. No relief. He finally suggested I try acupuncture so I phoned a friend for a referral.

I am so pleased that they recommended Lei Liu. After my first treatment, I was much improved and after the course of four treatments I am now able to drive and sleep pain-free.

I am very appreciative. Lei Liu has given me back my quality of life. I have now recommended him to my surgeon, physical therapist, and friends.

Alex is an incredible practitioner and my experience at this clinic has been extremely positive. Her guidance and expertise has been a wonderful introduction to acupuncture. She carefully tailors each session as needed and has been able to support a variety of health needs, including migraine prevention, fertility support, and immediate relief from back pain. Would highly recommend this clinic and Alex especially to anyone seeking acupuncture.

Alex is always a great acupuncturist who always looked out for her patients. She is a professional who always does her best to heal her patients, and knows acupuncture like the back of her hand. Overall I recommend her service!

When seeing Brian during Alex's absence I found his treatments very good. His guasha massage, cupping and treatments helped my shoulder and hip pain a lot. He is great at his practice!
