My first time experiencing acupuncture is with G&L acupuncture in Beaverton, OR. My primary doctor recommended that I see an acupuncturist for my migraines based on how frequent and intense mine have been in the last 6 months. My migraines are less frequently and acupuncture has soothed my headaches and it’s been approximately 3 weeks since I’ve been seeing them. Best decision I ever made because it actually works.

Alex is a great Acupuncturist, especially for noobs. She talks you through it, listens to what you’re describing and works to correct the issue. Good place to start if you’ve got a needle phobia.

Alex is wonderful. She listens to your needs and she is very knowledgeable. If you are even thinking about trying acupuncture, even if you have questions, I would set up an appointment to meet with her. Acupuncture can help with so many things in life.
