I started seeing Joy Wu at G&L Acupuncture in December 2018 to help with my carpal tunnel pain until my scheduled appointment with the hand surgeon that was two months away. It took about 3 weeks with 2 sessions a week before I started seeing results and I'm glad I stayed with it. The pain is gone and the numbness is very rare now. I still went and saw the surgeon who was great and he agreed that if it's working I should continue with that and use surgery as a last resort.

I now see Joy once a week for my hands and she has been helping me with allergies, neck and shoulder pain, stress and depression. She is so nice and really listens to me. She incorporates stretching of my arms and fingers and acupressure as well as the needles.

I had never tried acupuncture before and deep down thought it probably wouldn't work. I am a believer now! The front office staff is great and helpful. They remember me by name and always appear happy to see me.

Great service and always on time for appointments! I was getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night and was going to start taking prescription sleeping pills but a friend advised I try acupuncture instead. I'm so glad I did! They have helped restore my sleep and it's wonderful to get a good night of sleep again! I was waking up and couldn't shut off my mind and would lay awake for hours! Now I'm sleeping 7 hours uninterrupted! It's amazing and so relaxing during the treatment.

I highly recommend G&L Acupuncture. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very supportive. Isabelle has done a fantastic job in using acupuncture to help reduce my PVC type heart arrhythmia as well as related medication-induced anxiety and insomnia. Her treatments also helped me gently withdraw from some temporary medication that has known intense withdrawal side effects.
