I went into g&l accupuncture the other day after my auto accident and i am glad i did choose this wellness center to go to.
I have over 25 years experience with acupunture treatments.
The profesional acupuncturists here are long time educated from china and certified in the united states to practice acupunture.

I would like to share my experience so far with G&L Acupuncture. I have had a condition that has not been helped using traditional medicine for 9 month. Not knowing much about acupuncture I wanted to give it a try. I met Lei Liu at the office and his attentiveness to my helpless cry for help was enough for me to move forward.
The treatments focus on my condition as well as my mental well being. The staff is so caring and I feel like the entire team wants my wellness. I have seen improvements already in my mental well being and the progress for my condition is moving in the right direction. Without this group I wouldn't be where I am today filled with hope and a better mindset. I am a firm believer in the great things this establishment in Beaverton has to offer and will continue my journey!
I started seeing Lei Liu for acupuncture for my chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (numbness, tingling, and burning in my fingers and feet following chemo). With just 3 visits so far, I've seen amazing improvement. The burning is gone and my dexterity is almost back to normal!!! This is such a huge relief. I'm so glad I've found something that helps. My oncologist is excited too, and credits the acupuncture with this improvement as this condition can take months to years to improve on its own.
Lei Liu is passionate about education, and always makes sure to address any question I have fully and gently. He's incredibly caring and wants to know the full story behind whatever issue I bring to him so that he can address it from all angles. G&L is his practice, and I'm certain that the rest of the providers in the clinic share these values.
Not only that, G&L is staffed by really nice, caring people who also clearly use critical thinking skills and aim to go the extra mile for their patients.
A wonderful staff-caring, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The treatments and massage I have been receiving have reduced my pain and improved my sleep, energy, and overall well being.
I have been seeing Zheng Gong for several months now. She has helped me tremendously with my sleep problems and stress issues. I now sleep soundly and have set up a wellness plan to maintain better health. The front desk staff and Ashley are all very helpful. I highly recommend G&L. I have been working with G&L Acupuncture and Lei Liu at the Beaverton office for acute anxiety from chronic stress for the past 5 weeks. The experience has been amazing. Lei was recommended by my Psychologist who said she trusted him Implicitly. At this point I do as well. He has a great demeanor and is caring and concerned and varies the treatment to match my symptoms.
The treatments worked immediately to reduce my stress and anxiety. Now, I look forward to each session and come out entirely relaxed. A big differentiator at G&L is the people. I was assigned a case manager (Ashley) who takes time to discuss my situation and my progress before each session. This is a one stop shop for emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical wellness. Very highly recommended.
A number of years ago, I suffered from a severe backache, the result of a compression fracture of the spine. Instead of taking pain pills, I have been treated each week at G&L Acupuncture and Wellness Center. Acupuncture alleviates back pain and also treats the occasional headache or gastric upset.
This wonderful care, along with regular exercise, has enabled me to maintain as active a lifestyle as anyone my age could hope for.

Over the past 14 months, I have had Bell's Palsy four times. I felt disabled, stressed, scared, and hopeless. I tried the medical model with medications, therapy, and a home stimulation unit. Each bout of Bell's Palsy became worse and the recovery period increased.
In November 2016, my fourth bout should have resolved after 2 months, but I remained with numbness at the left side of my face and mouth. My left eye was affected, too. My face was distorted, I had difficulty speaking and eating, and I could not play my flute in my church orchestra.
I came to G&L Acupuncture and Wellness Center in November 2016 desperate and requesting help. My MD had told me that I would have permanent complications and to live with it. But I knew that my stress level was not manageable and because of it my immune system was compromised. I was willing to make the commitment to acupuncture.
My acupuncturist, Pam Lovall, and the staff were so receptive to me. I received education, support, and encouragement which was so instrumental in my recovery. With each visit, my acupuncturist assessed my progress and concerns.
I am so glad to report that my Bell's Palsy has resolved without complications. My life changed because of G&L Acupuncture and Wellness Center. I am much more balanced, healthy, and happy. I am now on my maintenance treatment plan to keep my life this way. Acupuncture is vital to my life! I extend my deepest gratitude to my acupuncturist and the staff who made my life so beautiful!
