Brian Cameron, L.Ac.

Brian Cameron is a nationally board certified Licensed Acupuncturist with a passion for enhancing health and well-being through the power of acupuncture and massage therapy. Prior to graduating from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2022, Brian practiced 10 years of massage therapy before continuing his journey in natural medicine. In addition, he has also completed hospital internships at Providence Cancer Center and Legacy Pain Clinic.

At Providence Hospital Cancer Center, Brian provided acupuncture to patients battling side effects from chemotherapy and radiation. Then, at Legacy Hospital Pain Clinic he treated individuals suffering from severe chronic pain. Brian is commitment to helping patients with diverse ailments that acupuncture can effectively address, with particular interest in chronic pain, headaches/migraines, digestive disorders, and stress and anxiety.

Prior to acupuncture, Brian was a licensed massage therapist for 10 years and practiced in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, group practices, and spas where he honed his orthopedic techniques to help treat auto accident pain, injuries, and chronic pain. Many clients sought his skills for treatment of neck, shoulder, low back, and sciatic pain.

Brian's passion for complementary and alternative medicine started during his time at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Holistic Psychology. His solid educational background complements his hands-on skills in providing holistic healing to patients.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian finds joy in rejuvenating activities, including swimming, paddleboarding, and tranquil moments at the beach. An avid gamer, he also delights in playing on the Nintendo Switch and engaging in board games with loved ones.

From Brian's Patients:

When seeing Brian during Alex's absence I found his treatments very good. His guasha massage, cupping and treatments helped my shoulder and hip pain a lot. He is great at his practice!

G&L Acupuncture has given me back mobility, removed aches from my hips, and greatly reduced the effect of fibromyalgia on my muscles. As a disabled veteran with PTSD, I must say acupuncture has also had a profound impact on reducing my nightmares, and improving my overall sense of well-being.

Brian, at the Hillsboro office is an excellent practitioner... kind, and supportive of all my anxious questions. Dee, at the front desk is brilliant at navigating the insurance world, and particularly wise at handling the VA bureaucracy. Thank you for giving me back my quality of life! ?
