Thank you for your G&L Acupuncture Groupon purchase! We are excited to meet with you to discuss your health concern(s) and treatment. In preparation for your first visit please review the following:

Treatments are by appointment only, please call us to schedule!
Print and complete the following new patient paper work prior to your visit (see below).
Please DO NOT forget your Groupon voucher; you MUST have your Groupon with you at the time of your appointment.
In addition, please make sure you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to minimize delays and interruptions. If you are late to your appointment, as a courtesy to our other patients, we may ask you to reschedule.
We will give all new patients a courtesy call in advance to remind you of your appointment.
